ATTENTION: AT THIS TIME OUR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OF RENTAL AND UTILITY SUPPORT IS AT CAPACITY. We understand the hardship and uncertainty this may cause, and we are deeply sorry that we cannot assist every family who comes to us in need. Applications will reopen as soon as funding and program capacity allow.

Emergency Groceries
We distribute groceries on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00-11:00 AM and the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 5:30-7:00 PM. An appointment and identification are required for everyone in the household.

Utility Assistance
When funds are available, we assist families with minors in the household or those over the age of 65 whose gas, water, or power is scheduled to be disconnected or is already off with their past-due balance. Clients can receive utility assistance once in a 12-month period.

Eviction Prevention
When funds are available, we provide 1 month's past-due rent to those facing eviction in Muscogee or Russell counties. Clients must have a current, valid lease; have lived in the home for 3+ months, have a minor living in the household, or be over the age of 65. Clients can receive rental assistance once in a 24-month period.

Twice Blessed Thrift Store is a new ministry of St. Anne Outreach. Our goal is to make beautiful clothing and household items available to a budget of any size. Profits from Twice Blessed support Outreach’s programs!
